Ok, it turns out that the repair job on the glove box and dash board hasn't withstood the test of time very well. I'm not sure if it was just detailing materials that had made it look good, or if it just needs more dye or what. There was also some minor damage to the dash trim around the climate controls. The body shop submitted the supplemental to State Farm, who approved the repair. The part is in, it's just a matter of making an appointment.
